Navigating Real $#!+ with Real Stories
A podcast about grief, survival, and the weird things we say out loud when we stop pretending we’re fine. Equal parts funny, uncomfortable, and unexpectedly honest. Listener discretion advised.

Unfiltered.
Honest.
Not always carpool friendly.
This podcast is here to tell the truth, not behave.

Maile Navarro
Host & Storyteller
Maile hosts Honestly, I’m Fine because silence almost took her out and talking seemed cheaper than therapy. She tells the truth the long way around, usually with humor, occasional profanity, and very little interest in making things comfortable for the sake of politeness.
Her stories live somewhere between grief and comedy, faith and rage, memory and revision. She doesn’t offer answers. She offers language for the things people don’t know how to say out loud, then sits in the quiet when it lands.
Some episodes are sharp. Some are soft. All of them are honest.
And no, she is not trying to be inspirational on purpose.
